Refund policy

At Aavrin Creation, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, weโ€™re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product should be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, kindly email us at your-email@example.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claim verification)

Our support team will assist you at the earliest.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
